BetterHelp Refund FTC: $7.8 Million Settlement

If you paid for online therapy services through BetterHelp or any of its affiliated websites (including MyTherapist, Teen Counseling, Faithful Counseling, Pride Counseling, iCounseling, Regain, and Terappeuta) between August 1, 2017, and December 31, 2020, you might be eligible for a refund from a $7.8 million settlement. The FTC alleged that BetterHelp shared user information with third-party companies without adequately protecting user privacy. Claim deadline: June 10, 2024.

Mercy Health Data Breach: $1.8 Million Settlement

If you received a notification from Mercy Health in December 2020 about a data breach involving an employee improperly accessing patient information, you could be eligible for up to $390 from a $1.8 million settlement. Claim deadline: June 10, 2024.

Sovos Compliance Data Breach: $3.53 Million Settlement

Navy Federal Credit Union ISA Fees: $5.5 Million Settlement
