Under the terms of the settlement, eligible class members will automatically receive an equal share of the settlement fund. While the exact amount will depend on the number of participating borrowers, each is estimated to receive around $282.57.
There is no need to submit a claim form to receive a settlement payment. As long as you meet the eligibility criteria and do not exclude yourself from the settlement by the deadline, you will automatically receive a payment.
