If you worked at a Vonachen Services facility in Illinois and had your fingerprints collected for timekeeping between November 1, 2014, and January 18, 2024, you might be eligible for an estimated $780 from a $1.853 million settlement. The lawsuit claimed the company violated the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act by collecting fingerprint data without proper consent. No claim form needed. Exclusion deadline is July 8, 2024.

BNSF Railway BIPA: $75 Million Settlement

If you registered your fingerprint information using an auto-gate system at any of BNSF's four Illinois facilities between April 4, 2014, and March 5, 2024, you might be eligible for an estimated $1,000 from a $75 million class action settlement. The lawsuit claimed BNSF violated the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act by collecting fingerprint data without proper consent. No claim form is needed. Innovative Heights Fingerprint Scan: $285K Settlement

If you worked at Innovative Heights in Fairview Heights, Illinois, and scanned your fingerprints using their time clock system between April 29, 2014, and April 23, 2024, you could be eligible for around $650 from a $285,000 settlement. The lawsuit claimed the company violated Illinois' Biometric Information Privacy Act. Claim deadline: July 15, 2024.

BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy Services Data Breach Settlement

If your personal information was compromised in the BioPlus data breach that occurred between October 25 and November 11, 2021, you might be eligible for up to $7,550 (including a $50 cash payment if your Social Security number was compromised) from a class action settlement. The lawsuit claimed the pharmacy failed to implement adequate cybersecurity measures. Claim deadline: July 18, 2024.

CommScope Data Breach: $440K Settlement

If you received a data breach notification from CommScope in March 2023 regarding a cyberattack that potentially compromised your personal information, you might be eligible for up to $10,150 (including compensation for lost time) from a $440,000 settlement. Duty Free Shops (DFS) FACTA: $2.5 Million Settlement

If you made a purchase at a U.S. Duty Free Shop (DFS) with a credit or debit card between May 27, 2020, and June 30, 2022, and received a receipt showing the first six and last four digits of your card number, you might be eligible for up to $17 from a $2.5 million settlement.
