Who Qualifies

• You may be eligible to benefit from this settlement if you meet all of the following criteria:
• You are a natural person located in the United States
• You purchased the ZB1 OD Version from the Zumba.com website between Oct. 22, 2022, and Oct. 22, 2024
• Your first and last name appeared on an order confirmation page that was allegedly accessible to one or more third-party advertisers
• Three subclasses exist based on which third-party advertiser(s) may have received your information:
• Subclass 1: Your information was allegedly shared with Meta Platforms Inc.
• Subclass 2: Your information was allegedly shared with Pinterest Inc.
• Subclass 3: Your information was allegedly shared with MNTN Inc.
• You may belong to one, two, or all three subclasses, which could affect the estimated payment you may receive.

What You May Receive

Eligible class members may receive an estimated cash payment of at least $229.33 per share of the net settlement fund. The number of shares you may receive depends on how many subclasses you belong to:

• 1 subclass membership: You may receive approximately 1 share (estimated at least $229.33)
• 2 subclass memberships: You may receive approximately 2 shares (estimated at least $458.66)
• 3 subclass memberships: You may receive approximately 3 shares (estimated at least $687.99)

Actual payments may be higher or lower than these estimates depending on the total number of participating class members and the net settlement fund amount after court-approved fees, costs, and other deductions are applied. No payout amount is guaranteed.

How to File a Claim

2. No claim form is required. If you are an eligible class member and do not exclude yourself from the settlement, you will automatically receive your settlement payment — no action is needed to receive benefits.
3. If you wish to opt out of the settlement or object to its terms, you must do so no later than Dec. 14, 2026. Instructions for opting out or objecting can be found at ZumbaVPPASettlement.com.
