What You May Receive

Eligible class members may receive a cash payment from the $3 million settlement fund. The exact amount each claimant may receive will vary and cannot be guaranteed — final payments will depend on the total number of valid claims filed and the net settlement fund remaining after court-approved deductions for attorneys' fees, costs, and settlement administration expenses.

4. Submit your completed claim form by the December 15, 2026 deadline. Claims submitted after this date will not be accepted. Note: By submitting a claim, you are doing so under penalty of perjury — only file if you genuinely believe you qualify.
