$2,000 Keystone RV Passport Trailer Settlement

Consumers who purchased a new Passport Brand Western Edition trailer from a Keystone authorized dealership in California before Dec. 1, 2019, with a serial number ending after HX414101, and who currently own the trailer with wood roof trusses.

About This Settlement

A class action lawsuit alleged that Keystone RV Co. manufactured Passport Brand Western Edition travel trailers with serial numbers ending after HX414101 using wood roof trusses while allegedly misrepresenting until Dec. 1, 2019, that the trailers were built with '5 [inch] Crowned/Stamped Galvanized Steel Roof Trusses.' A federal court entered judgment requiring Keystone RV Co. to pay $2,000 to eligible class members who currently own qualifying trailers with wood roof trusses. Who Qualifies

• You purchased a new Passport Brand Western Edition trailer from a Keystone authorized dealership
• Your purchase was made in California before Dec. 1, 2019
• Your trailer has a serial number ending after HX414101
• You currently own the qualifying trailer
• Your trailer was built with wood roof trusses (not metal roof trusses)
• You are able to provide supporting documentation confirming ownership and wood roof truss construction
• Note:* Class members whose trailers have metal roof trusses are not eligible for this payment

What You May Receive

Eligible class members may receive an estimated payment of up to $2,000 by submitting a valid request for payment along with required supporting documentation. Payments for approved requests are scheduled to be mailed on or before Oct. 2, 2026. Actual payment is not guaranteed and is contingent on submission of a valid claim with supporting documentation.
