Mesk Investments has agreed to a $6.298 million class action settlement to resolve allegations that it violated Washington state wage transparency laws. The lawsuit claimed the company, which operates several IHOP restaurants in Washington, failed to disclose salary ranges and benefits in job postings, as required by law.

Washington law mandates that employers include clear wage scales and benefit summaries in job postings to ensure pay transparency and fairness in the hiring process.

While Mesk Investments has denied any wrongdoing, it chose to settle the lawsuit to avoid further litigation and resolve all related claims.

What Class Members Can Receive

Eligible class members who submit a valid claim form can receive an equal share of the settlement fund, up to $5,000 each. Final payment amounts may vary depending on:
