Who Qualifies

• You may be eligible to participate in this settlement if you meet all of the following criteria:
• You entered into an agreement with Grubhub to use the Grubhub platform as an independent contractor to offer delivery services to customers
• You used the Grubhub platform as an independent contractor to accept or complete at least one delivery in California
• Your delivery activity occurred between December 3, 2014, and March 13, 2026
• No proof of purchase or documentation is required to file a claim

What You May Receive

Eligible claimants may receive an estimated minimum of $25. Your individual payment amount may vary and could be higher depending on the number of miles you drove while using the Grubhub app as a delivery driver during the covered period. Final payment amounts will be determined after all valid claims are processed and settlement administration costs, attorneys' fees, and other expenses are deducted from the $24.75 million fund. Actual payouts are not guaranteed and may differ from estimates.
