Settlement Benefits
Class members will share the remaining settlement fund after administrative costs, attorneys’ fees, and other expenses are deducted. Each class member will receive at least $15.
If funds remain after the initial distribution, a second round of payments will be issued to class members who cashed or redeemed their first payments.
