Patients who logged into or scheduled appointments through the Southern Illinois Healthcare MyChart portal between Feb. 21, 2022–Feb. 28, 2023 or June 12, 2023–July 6, 2024, or completed a Health Risk Assessment between Nov. 2, 2020–April 30, 2021, are eligible.

Southern Illinois Healthcare has not admitted any wrongdoing but agreed to pay an undisclosed sum to resolve these claims. Who Qualifies

You were a patient of Southern Illinois Healthcare Enterprises, Southern Illinois Hospital Services, or Southern Illinois Medical Services, AND one or more of the following applies:
You signed into the MyChart patient portal or scheduled an appointment through the MyChart patient portal or website between February 21, 2022, and February 28, 2023
You signed into the MyChart patient portal or scheduled an appointment through the MyChart patient portal or website between June 12, 2023, and July 6, 2023
You completed a health risk assessment between November 2, 2020, and January 31, 2021
You completed a health risk assessment between February 1, 2021, and April 30, 2021
No proof of purchase or documentation is required to file a claim
This settlement is open nationwide

What You May Receive

Eligible class members may receive an estimated $17.50 cash payment. You may also receive one year of CyEx Privacy Shield Pro identity protection services at no cost. Final amounts are not guaranteed and may vary depending on the total number of valid claims submitted.
