Settlement Benefits

Eligible class members can choose between:

1. Cash Payment:

   • Each claimant will receive an equal share of the $9 million cash fund.
   • Payments are capped at $25 per person, but the exact amount depends on how many claims are filed.

2. App Credit:

   • Instead of cash, class members can opt for a $1 credit to use within the ParkMobile app.
   • ParkMobile has allocated $21 million for these credits.

3. Enhanced Security Measures:

   • In addition to financial compensation, ParkMobile will invest $2.5 million to improve its cybersecurity practices, including better encryption, enhanced monitoring, and additional security layers to protect user data.

To receive benefits, submit a valid claim form by March 5, 2025. You can choose between a cash payment or an app credit during the claims process.
