NaturaLawn TCPA Settlement: $500K

Consumers who received two or more text messages from NaturaLawn of America within a 12-month period after requesting that the company stop sending messages.

Claimants must provide the phone number(s) that received the text messages.

NaturaLawn has agreed to a $500,000 class action settlement to resolve allegations that it violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) by sending marketing text messages to individuals who had opted out.

The lawsuit claims that NaturaLawn continued to send unsolicited messages even after consumers requested that they stop. This conduct allegedly violated the TCPA, which prohibits companies from contacting individuals without prior express consent and mandates honoring opt-out requests.

NaturaLawn is a lawn care provider that promotes environmentally friendly treatments. Although the company denies wrongdoing, it has agreed to settle to avoid further litigation.

Under the settlement terms, class members may be eligible to receive a cash payment. According to the settlement website, eligible individuals could receive up to $217 for each unwanted text message received after opting out. Final payment amounts will depend on how many valid claims are submitted.

To qualify, class members must submit a valid claim form by January 6, 2026. The deadlines to request exclusion or file an objection are both December 8, 2025. The settlement’s final approval hearing is scheduled for December 10, 2025.
