What You May Receive

Eligible class members may receive two types of compensation:

• Documented Out-of-Pocket Losses: You may receive up to $5,000 for verified, documented losses directly related to the data breach. Supporting documentation such as bank statements, credit card statements, and receipts will be required.
• Pro Rata Cash Fund Payment: You may also receive a share of the remaining settlement fund. This amount will vary depending on the total number of valid claims submitted and cannot be determined in advance.
