LifeMD Privacy Settlement

Individuals who are or were members of LifeMD or RexMD—or who purchased products or services from these companies—whose private information may have been shared through website tracking tools.

LifeMD has agreed to settle a class action lawsuit accusing the company of violating consumer privacy rights. The lawsuit claimed LifeMD and its affiliated company, RexMD, shared private health information with third parties such as Facebook, Google, and TikTok without obtaining proper user consent. This data transfer was allegedly carried out through website tracking technologies embedded in their platforms.

LifeMD, which offers various telehealth services including primary care, men’s health, and wellness products, denied any wrongdoing but opted to settle the case to avoid prolonged litigation.

What Class Members Can Receive

Under the settlement terms, eligible individuals may choose one of the following benefits:

• Cash Payment: A $10 cash payment to compensate for alleged privacy violations.

• Service Voucher: A $25 voucher valid toward the purchase of services or products from either LifeMD or RexMD.

Additionally, LifeMD has agreed to enhance its consent practices. The company will implement a third-party consent management system on its websites for a minimum of two years to improve transparency and user control over data sharing.
