Kannact has agreed to a $700,000 settlement to resolve allegations that it failed to protect sensitive consumer information during a March 2023 data breach. Plaintiffs claim that hackers gained access to Kannact’s systems, exposing names, addresses, Social Security numbers, health insurance details, and medical data.

Kannact denies wrongdoing but has agreed to the settlement to resolve the claims.

   • Three years of credit monitoring services, including:
     • Three-bureau credit monitoring
     • $1 million in identity theft insurance coverage
