About This Settlement
A class action lawsuit alleges that HH-Entertainment Inc., doing business as Hustler Hollywood, violated the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act (FACTA) by allegedly printing more than the last five digits of customers' credit or debit card numbers — and/or card expiration dates — on printed receipts at its retail stores. HH-Entertainment denies any wrongdoing but has agreed to resolve these alleged violations through a class action settlement. Who Qualifies
- You may be eligible to file a claim if you meet ALL of the following criteria:
- You are a person in the United States
- One or more receipts was printed for you at a Hustler Hollywood retail store
- That receipt disclosed more than the last five digits of your credit or debit card account number
- The receipt was printed between October 20, 2018, and February 26, 2025
- No proof of purchase is required to file a claim
What You May Receive
Eligible class members may receive an estimated cash payment of up to $23.00, plus one year of free credit monitoring from Equifax. The cash payment may be received electronically or by check. Please note that actual payout amounts are not guaranteed and individual payments are subject to the final terms of the settlement. Electronic payments and checks will be valid for 180 days from the date of transmission or the date on the check.

- Complete the payment selection form, choosing your preferred method of receiving the $23.00 cash benefit electronically or by check.
- Provide any requested information as prompted on the claim form. Note that no proof of purchase is required.
