About This Settlement

Plaintiffs alleged that European Wax Center violated federal and state privacy laws by using tracking pixels on its website to allegedly collect and share consumer information without consent, including sharing that information with third parties such as Facebook and Google. European Wax Center has not admitted any wrongdoing but agreed to a $5 million settlement to resolve these allegations. Who Qualifies

• You may be eligible to file a claim if you meet all of the following criteria:
• You are a U.S. resident
• You visited waxcenter.com at any point between June 30, 2023, and April 2, 2026
• This includes visits during which you booked an appointment on the website
• No proof of purchase is required to file a claim

What You May Receive

Eligible claimants may receive up to $10. However, individual payments may be reduced on a pro rata basis depending on the total number of valid claims submitted. There is no guarantee of a specific payout amount.
