Drug Free Workplaces Data Breach Class Action Settlement

Individuals who received a data breach notification from Drug Free Workplaces stating their personal information may have been compromised between March 29 and May 4, 2023.

To claim reimbursement, class members must provide documentation of expenses related to the breach, such as:

• Bank and credit card statements showing fraudulent transactions
• Receipts for fraud-related expenses (e.g., legal fees, credit freezes)
• Invoices for identity theft protection services
• Proof of lost time (up to four hours at $17 per hour)

Drug Free Workplaces has agreed to settle a class action lawsuit over claims that it failed to protect sensitive personal data from an unauthorized security breach between March and May 2023.

According to the lawsuit, cybercriminals gained access to Drug Free Workplaces' systems, potentially compromising consumer data, including:

• Other personal identifying information
