About This Settlement

Plaintiffs in Conaway, et al. v. CSC ServiceWorks Inc. Who Qualifies

• You may be eligible to participate in this settlement if you meet the following criteria:

What You May Receive

Eligible class members may receive the following benefits, subject to the terms of the settlement:

• Up to $5,000 in reimbursement for documented out-of-pocket expenses and lost time, which may include:
  • Up to four hours of lost time, valued at an estimated $25 per hour (up to $100)
  • Reimbursement for bank fees, communication charges, travel expenses, and credit-related costs directly tied to the alleged data breach
• All class members may also be eligible to receive two years of free credit monitoring and identity theft protection services through IDX Identity Protection Services, regardless of whether they experienced documented losses

Actual payout amounts are not guaranteed and will depend on the documentation you provide and the final terms of the settlement.
