Crossbreed Holsters has agreed to a $195,000 class action settlement to resolve claims stemming from a data breach that occurred in December 2022. Plaintiffs in the case allege that Crossbreed failed to adequately safeguard personal information, leading to the exposure of sensitive data during the breach.
Although Crossbreed denies any wrongdoing, it agreed to settle the claims to avoid further litigation.
