Five plaintiffs, Malinda S. Smidga, Ashley Popa, Matilda Dahlin, Christina Calcagno, and Brian Calvert, filed a class-action lawsuit against Victoria's Secret, PINK, and Bath & Body Works. The lawsuit alleged that these retailers violated the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act (FACTA) by printing receipts that displayed more than the last five digits of customers' credit and debit card numbers. This practice allegedly occurred between May 10, 2021 and August 8, 2021.

The defendants, Victoria's Secret and Bath & Body Works, have settled the class action lawsuit without admitting any wrongdoing. Here's what the settlement offers:

• Up to $15 voucher: Customers who shopped at Victoria's Secret, PINK, or Bath & Body Works during the relevant period and file a valid claim can receive a voucher worth up to $15. The voucher can be used for a single purchase at the store where the original purchase was made.
  
  
• Double voucher for multi-store shoppers: If you made purchases at both Bath & Body Works and Victoria's Secret/PINK during the timeframe, you can file separate claims and receive two vouchers, one for each store.
  
  
• Automatic $5 voucher: Customers who used a My Bath & Body Works Rewards card or a Victoria's Secret branded credit/debit card during the relevant period will automatically receive a $5 voucher, even if they don't file a claim.
