About This Settlement

A class action lawsuit alleged that Lloyd's of London and other insurers conspired to artificially raise the price of insurance policies through a scheme that allegedly concealed a lack of competition in the Lloyd's market — conduct claimed to violate the federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO). Who Qualifies

• You may be eligible to participate in this settlement if you meet ALL of the following criteria:
• You are an individual or entity who purchased or renewed a contract of insurance with Lloyd's Syndicates 727, 1003, 2003, 2020, or 2791
• Your policy was purchased or renewed between January 1, 1997, and April 15, 2025
• You have policy information available, including the syndicate(s) that issued the contract(s), policy numbers, face amounts, annual premiums, and effective and expiration dates
• You are NOT eligible if:
• Your policy was issued exclusively through Lloyd's Syndicate 2488

What You May Receive

If you are a valid claimant, you may receive a cash payment from the $3.57 million settlement fund. Your estimated payment amount may vary based on the total premiums you paid — claimants who paid higher premiums may receive a larger share of the fund. No fixed payment amount is guaranteed, and final individual payouts will depend on the number of valid claims submitted. How to File a Claim

2. Gather your policy documentation before completing the form, including: the syndicate(s) that issued your contract(s), policy numbers, face amounts, annual premiums, and effective and expiration dates.
3. Complete the claim form accurately and in full. Note that claims are submitted under penalty of perjury — only file if you believe you qualify.
4. Submit your completed claim form no later than October 30, 2026. Late submissions may not be accepted. If you wish to object to or exclude yourself from the settlement, those deadlines are earlier — October 2, 2026.
