• LexisNexis's response to your dispute indicated the information was marked "unverifiable" or "accurate"
• GEICO never had the disputed information corrected or removed
• The information remained on your C.L.U.E. report
• You are included on the settlement class list that GEICO generated

What You May Receive

Eligible class members may receive an estimated $150. The exact amount you receive will depend on the total number of eligible class members who ultimately participate in the settlement. Payout amounts are not guaranteed and may be higher or lower than the estimated figure.

How to File a Claim

1. No claim form is required for this settlement. If you are an eligible class member, here is what you need to know:
