$17M Kroger Prescription Prices Settlement

Anyone who paid, in whole or in part, for one or more prescription drugs from Kroger using insurance between Dec. 9, 2018, and Aug. 23, 2026 is eligible.

No proof is required for claims under $8,000; claims of $8,000 or more require documentation such as itemized receipts, canceled checks, invoices, statements, or insurance records showing amounts paid.

About This Settlement

Plaintiffs alleged that Kroger overcharged customers for prescription drugs by misreporting its 'usual and customary' prices to insurance companies.
