Big Picture Loans Interest Rates Settlement: $65M

To be eligible for any settlement benefits, you must have received a Big Picture Loan (formerly Castle Payday loan) between June 22, 2013, and May 1, 2024. You are automatically eligible for the non-monetary benefits (defendants collecting loans and not supporting the lenders) if you meet this criteria.

To be eligible for monetary benefits, you must meet all of the following requirements in addition to receiving a loan during the class period:

• You made loan payments during the class period.
• You resided in a state besides Utah or Nevada during the class period.
• You must meet one of the following:
  
  • You lived in a state besides Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Montana, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Ohio, South Dakota, Vermont, Virginia, or Wisconsin during the class period, AND you paid more than the original principal amount of your loan.

A class action lawsuit filed against Big Picture Loans (formerly operating as Castle Payday), a lender affiliated with Red Rock Tribal Lending, has been settled for $65 million. The exact amount each member receives will depend on the total number of claims and the total amount of excess interest paid within the class.
