Individuals who received PIP benefits from Travelers under a New Jersey auto insurance policy with a final payment made between April 14, 2017, and April 1, 2023, and who were paid within $3,000 of but less than their full PIP policy limit qualify.
Claimants must provide their Travelers policy number, if known, and the claim number associated with the Travelers PIP claim for which they are seeking benefits.

If you are a class member, you may receive an automatic payment of $70 without submitting a claim form. If you submit a valid claim form by the deadline, you may be eligible to receive an additional payment estimated at up to 80% of the difference between your PIP policy limit and the total amount you were paid in PIP benefits, minus the $70 automatic payment already provided. Individual payout amounts will vary based on your specific policy limit and the PIP benefits you received. The total settlement amount has not been publicly disclosed.
