All persons to whom RealPage Utility Management, Inc. sent a monthly statement pertaining to utility usage concerning a Maryland residence, which included an administration fee, during the period beginning April 1, 2017 through and including June 30, 2023.
The Settlement Class includes approximately 233,000 persons.

Under the proposed settlement, RealPage Utility Management, Inc. will fund a Class Action Settlement Fund of $1,800,000. This Class Action Settlement Fund will be used to make payments to all Class Members who file Valid Claims, after deducting amounts to pay Class Action counsel’s expenses and attorneys’ fees. In return,RealPage Utility Management, Inc. will be released from liability to any Class Members.
**Those affected will be entilted to a pro rata payment in proportion to the amount of administration fees charged to the Settlement Class Member submitting a valid claim (according to RUM’s records) as compared to the total amount of administration fees charged. Settlement Class Member’s payment amounts will increase or decrease proportionally based upon the total number of valid claims.
