Who Qualifies

• You may be eligible to file a claim if you meet ALL of the following criteria:

• Date Range: Your mortgage was serviced during the period from May 29, 2013, through July 24, 2025
• Fees Charged: You were charged one or more of the following fees on your mortgage loan account:

What You May Receive
