U.S. residents who purchased Nutricost Magnesium Glycinate Supplements in 240-capsule or 120-capsule variants between February 1, 2021, and June 8, 2026 are eligible.

• Note: Class members who have a valid claim ID and PIN may receive one award unit per supplement purchased. Those without a claim ID and PIN may receive one award unit total regardless of the number of purchases.

Eligible claimants may receive a cash payment based on the number of Nutricost magnesium glycinate supplements purchased during the qualifying period. Individual payouts are estimated to vary and are not guaranteed. Each award unit is valued at up to $19.95, though the actual amount you receive may be lower depending on the total number of valid claims submitted. Class members with a valid claim ID and PIN may receive one award unit per qualifying supplement purchased, while those without may receive one award unit total.
