Customers who do not submit a claim form will automatically receive store credit instead of cash. The value of the store credit will match the cash award tied to the number of mattresses purchased. This credit can be used toward future purchases at Mattress Firm.

Eligible consumers must submit a valid claim form with their Mattress Firm order number(s) to receive a cash payment. No claim form is needed to receive store credit; it will be issued automatically to qualifying customers who do not file a claim.
The actual amount received may vary depending on the number of claims filed, but the settlement structure ensures compensation for all qualifying purchases. The settlement covers transactions made between August 2020 and July 2024.
