Keto Pill Class Action Settlement: $12.5M

Consumers who purchased a three-pack or five-pack of Ultra Fast Keto Boost, Instant Keto, or InstaKeto pills during the applicable limitations period and did not receive a full refund or successful chargeback.

Consumers identified through shipping or transaction records do not need to submit documentation. Those not found in the records must provide alternative proof, such as a credit or debit card statement or an order confirmation email.

A $12.5 million class action settlement has been reached to resolve claims that Global E-Trading played a role in a pricing scheme involving widely marketed keto diet supplements. The settlement addresses allegations that consumers paid inflated prices for Ultra Fast Keto Boost, Instant Keto, and InstaKeto pill bundles.

According to court filings, Global E-Trading allegedly worked behind the scenes with sellers to facilitate pricing practices that resulted in consumers being charged more than the true value of the products. Plaintiffs contend that these pricing tactics targeted customers purchasing larger bundle packs, particularly three-pack and five-pack orders.

The case pending in Florida federal court follows an earlier settlement involving the same keto supplements that was approved in California. While the companies involved deny any improper conduct, Global E-Trading agreed to the settlement to bring the litigation to a close.

What Class Members Can Receive

Eligible consumers may receive a cash payment based on the type of product bundle they purchased. Individuals who bought a qualifying three-pack may receive up to $149.91, while those who purchased a qualifying five-pack may receive up to $238.44.

Payments may be reduced proportionally if the total amount of approved claims exceeds the available settlement fund. To receive compensation, class members must submit a valid claim form by Jan. 2, 2026.
