Anyone in the U.S. who was billed for InstaKeto, Ultra Fast Keto Boost, or Instant Keto products between August 6, 2016, and June 18, 2025.

Several companies have agreed to a $200,000 class action settlement to resolve allegations that they falsely advertised InstaKeto, Ultra Fast Keto Boost, and Instant Keto as effective weight-loss solutions.

Plaintiffs allege that the defendants knowingly misled consumers, falsely claiming that the products would produce rapid weight loss and even using fake endorsements from celebrities like Oprah Winfrey and Ellen DeGeneres to boost credibility.

The companies named in the lawsuit include The Fulfillment Lab Inc., Beyond Global Inc., Brightree Holdings Corp., Bmor Global LLC, and several individuals including Richard Nelson, David Flynn, and Rickie Joe James.

While the defendants did not admit wrongdoing, they have agreed to settle to avoid further litigation and provide non-monetary relief.

What Class Members Can Receive

This settlement provides non-monetary benefits only, including:

• Injunctive Relief: Certain defendants must cease the misleading advertising and cooperate in ongoing legal actions.

• Continued Legal Rights: Class members may still pursue claims in a separate Florida class action against other parties. Instructions to do so are available through the Florida settlement administrator.

There will be no direct cash payments from this settlement, but participants retain rights to seek additional remedies elsewhere.
