A class action lawsuit alleged that Galderma Laboratories LP misled consumers by failing to warn them about possible benzene contamination in certain Differin benzoyl peroxide acne products. Benzene is a known human carcinogen that has been linked to leukemia and other blood disorders. Who Qualifies

What You May Receive

Eligible claimants may receive an estimated $9 per qualifying product purchased. Without proof of purchase, you may receive up to $27 total (covering up to three products). If you are able to provide valid proof of purchase, you may be eligible to claim $9 per product for an unlimited number of qualifying products. Actual payout amounts may vary depending on the total number of valid claims submitted. No specific individual payout amount is guaranteed.
