$9M Ashley Furniture Fiberglass Mattress Settlement

Consumers who purchased an affected Ashley, Nectar, DreamCloud, or Siena mattress containing fiberglass fire-retardant material between October 1, 2017, and June 30, 2024, are eligible.

Proof of purchase (sales receipt, store record, photo of mattress label/tag showing SKU or serial number) is required only for claimants who did not receive an email notice; those who received email notice need no documentation.

About This Settlement

The number of vouchers you may receive is limited to the number of qualifying mattresses you purchased during the eligible period. Final payout values are not guaranteed and may vary.
