What You May Receive

Eligible class members may receive up to $2,500 in reimbursement for documented out-of-pocket losses related to fraud or identity theft that are fairly traceable to the MCNA data breach. Additionally, class members may be entitled to two years of free medical data monitoring services. Payout amounts are not guaranteed and depend on the validity and documentation of your individual claim. No alternative cash payout is available under this settlement.
