What You May Receive

Eligible claimants may receive one or more of the following benefits:

• Documented Monetary Losses: Up to $5,000 for out-of-pocket losses allegedly related to the data breach, including credit monitoring costs, unreimbursed fraud or identity theft losses, bank fees, communication charges, and travel expenses. Documentation of losses is required.
• Pro Rata Cash Payment: An estimated $50 cash payment, though the actual amount may vary depending on the total number of valid claims submitted.
• California Statutory Payment: California residents with a California address on Dec. 12, 2024, may receive an additional payment of up to $100.
• Free Credit Monitoring: All class members are eligible for three years of free credit monitoring, which includes dark web monitoring, up to $1 million in identity theft insurance coverage, and fully managed identity recovery services.
