You may be eligible to receive one of the following benefits under the alleged $2.8 million settlement: (1) Up to $5,000 in reimbursement for documented out-of-pocket losses — such as unreimbursed fraud, identity theft expenses, credit monitoring costs, or other related expenses — provided you submit supporting documentation with your claim; (2) A proportional share of the settlement fund if you did not experience documented losses, though the exact amount will vary depending on the total number of valid claims filed; (3) California residents may be eligible to receive up to double the cash fund payment compared to non-California residents, pursuant to California privacy laws; (4) All eligible class members may receive two years of free credit monitoring services by selecting the credit monitoring option on the claim form.
