U.S. residents to whom TransUnion sold a consumer report between Jan. 6, 2020 and Jan. 31, 2023 that included a bankruptcy remark on a tradeline but no corresponding public bankruptcy record, and for whom no government-held bankruptcy record exists within the prior 10 years, are eligible.
None required; No Bankruptcy Group members receive an automatic $100 payment, while Aged Bankruptcy Group members and those seeking higher payments must submit a claim form.

Eligible class members may receive a cash payment estimated between $100 and approximately $1,000, depending on group membership and whether a claim form is submitted:
• No Bankruptcy Group: You may automatically receive a $100 payment without submitting a claim form. However, if you submit a valid claim form by the deadline, you may be eligible to receive up to approximately $1,000.
• Aged Bankruptcy Group: You may receive approximately $350 upon submitting a valid claim form by the deadline. No automatic payment is issued for this group.
Actual payment amounts may vary based on the total number of valid claims submitted and final court approval. These figures are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
