Who Qualifies
- You may be eligible to participate in this settlement if you meet ALL of the following criteria:
- You are a Schnucks Rewards member
- You redeemed Schnucks Rewards points on one or more purchases at a Schnucks store located in Missouri
- Your purchase(s) involved tax-eligible items
- Your qualifying purchase(s) were made between May 2, 2020, and August 7, 2026
- You are able to provide your Schnucks Rewards account information as proof of purchase

What You May Receive
Eligible class members who submit a valid claim may receive an estimated cash payment of up to $7. Individual payouts are subject to the terms of the settlement and a maximum settlement cap of $6.3 million. Actual payment amounts may vary. Eligibility and payment are not guaranteed.

- Locate and complete the official claim form, providing accurate personal information.
- Provide your Schnucks Rewards account information as required proof of purchase.
