What You May Receive

Eligible class members may receive a pro rata share of the $4.5 million net settlement fund. Individual payment amounts will vary and depend on the total number of valid claims submitted, as well as any court-approved attorneys' fees, administrative costs, and other expenses deducted from the fund. Estimated individual payouts have not yet been determined.
