About This Settlement

Plaintiffs alleged that certain defendants violated federal and state antitrust laws by allegedly conspiring to fix and inflate the price of multifamily rental housing across the United States and its territories using RealPage's rental pricing software. The Settling Defendants deny all allegations of wrongdoing, and the Court has not made a determination on the merits of these claims. To avoid the cost and uncertainty of continued litigation, the parties have agreed to a proposed $359,925,000 Settlement Fund, which is subject to Final Approval by the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, Nashville Division.

Who Qualifies

• You may be eligible to file a claim if you meet all of the following criteria:
• Location: You are a person or entity in the United States or its territories
• Rental Payment: You paid rent on at least one multifamily residential real estate lease directly to any owner, manager, and/or owner-operator (including any division, subsidiary, predecessor, agent, or affiliate)
• Property Type: The property on which you paid rent was subject to a license for one or more of RealPage's Revenue Management Solutions, specifically: Lease Rent Options (LRO), YieldStar (YS), and/or AI Revenue Management (AIRM)
• Date Range: You paid rent on such a property at any time between October 18, 2018 and November 21, 2025

What You May Receive

Specific per-claimant payment amounts have not yet been determined. If the Court grants Final Approval of the Settlements, eligible claimants who successfully file a claim may receive a payment from the $359,925,000 Settlement Fund at a later date. The amount any individual claimant may receive will depend on several factors, including the total number of valid claims submitted. No payments will be issued at this time. Filing a claim is the only way you may be eligible to receive any payment from these Settlements.

How to File a Claim

2. Complete the claim form by providing your personal information and details about your rental history, including the property or properties where you paid rent during the eligible period (October 18, 2018 – November 21, 2025).
3. Provide any required documentation to support your claim, such as rental agreements, payment records, or other proof of residency. Refer to the settlement website for a full list of required documentation.
4. Submit your claim either online through the settlement website or by mail, ensuring your submission is received by the claim deadline of January 29, 2027. Submitting a claim is the only way to be eligible to receive a payment from the Settlements.
