QVAR Antitrust $35M Settlement

Consumers and entities who purchased or reimbursed some or all of the purchase price for QVAR or QVAR Redihaler in eligible U.S. states between January 1, 2015 and July 31, 2025 qualify.

About This Settlement

A class action lawsuit alleged that Teva Pharmaceuticals violated antitrust laws by allegedly using tactics such as product hops, sham litigation, improper patent listings, and reverse payments to prevent lower-cost generic versions of QVAR from entering the market. As a result, plaintiffs alleged that consumers and third-party payors paid artificially inflated prices for QVAR and QVAR Redihaler asthma medications. Who Qualifies

• Proof of purchase (such as receipts, invoices, pharmacy statements, or insurance explanation of benefits documents) is recommended and may qualify you for a larger payout, though claims without proof may still be eligible for a reduced share
